How do I register for the exam?

You can book online through our booking calendar. After booking, you will receive a confirmation by email.

What are the technical requirements?

You need a stable internet connection, a microphone, a camera and working speakers or headphones. You can use a cell phone, smartphone, tablet/IPad or even a laptop or desktop computer.

How long does the test take?

The test lasts approximately 30 minutes. Allow 45 minutes for pre- and post-test discussions.

When and how will I receive my certificate?

You will receive your certificate and all required documents via email within 24 hours of the exam.

What are the certified language levels?

Depending on your language skills, you can reach level 4, 5 or 6.

Is the certificate recognized internationally?

Yes, the certificate is recognized in all EASA member states and in accordance with ICAO Doc 9835. The German Federal Aviation Authority “Luftfahrt-Bundesamt” (LBA) and all other local authorities recognize our exams up to level 6 without any problems!

How much does the ICAO Level 4, 5 and 6 language examination cost?

The price of the ICAO Level 4 – 6 exam is 259.00 €

Can I choose my examiner?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. Even if you have had training, your examiner will not be the same as your trainer. This is prohibited by the authorities.
